DOCUMENT 001116 INVITATION TO BID Project: Town of Newcomb Well Field Control Building and Water Transmission Main NYS Department of Health DWSRF #17513 AES Project No. 4449 Owner: Town of Newcomb PO Box 405, 5639 State Route 28N Newcomb, NY 12852 Engineer: AES Northeast, PLLC 10-12 City Hall Place Plattsburgh, NY 12901 The Town Board of the Town of Newcomb, New York will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 18, 2017, for Work to complete the construction of a well field control building; modification and repairs to the steel elevated water storage tank; and construction and installation of the Winebrook Hills Water Main Transmission. The project includes the following major components: Construction of a well field control building, associated utilities, the installation of approximately 2,500'^ of new water main and appurtenances, pavement repairs, miscellaneous site improvements, and restoration.
